  Execution on Site according to last approved
  Shop Drawing
  Review and Check for Materials Submittals according to BOQ & SPECS
  Purchasing Request for material take off according to approved Submittals, Supervise and implement the installation of all mechanical activities (HVAC,Firefighting, Plumbing)
  Make quantity surveys and issue material requests and approve it by the construction and project manager to deliver it to the procurement department
  Review shop drawings with the technical office team, method statements and material submittals
  Follow up with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
  Review subcontractor invoices and issue subcontractor payment request
  Monitoring and supervise all the Mechanical systems, to ensure the work done is in accordance to the approved shop drawings and quality standards
  Maintaining the site material order and check time to time requirement of material according to site plan
  Preparing and submitting inspection requests for consultant inspection (WIR, MIR, RFI……
  For (HVAC, Fire protection systems and Plumbing).
