• NFPA 101,ADA ) Manage and supervise all related activities of the staff of Architects and Technical Engineers. Directly manage the development of architectural designs and construction details. Ensure on-time completion of technical design work while adhering to established specifications and standards. Preparation of project plans, project schedules, proposals and client contracts. Coordination with clients when required. Overview the filing, archiving and delivery systems at the Design stage. Review and approve technical design phases of projects. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and parties Reviews and approves all client invoices on assigned projects. Accountable for the quality of service and profitability on assigned projects. Coordinate with construction unit for material selection according to approved drawing and client selection / approval. Participates in site visits, client meetings and presentations when required. Worked with most architecture software like ( cad , max , sketchup , lumion and photoshop Manage Design Review process for all project related deliverables with stakeholders, including but not limited to organizing stakeholder engagement process, review comment process and comment reconciliation process Provide a practical and cost effective design service Ensuring the right resource is available.
