During my tenure as an associate at Dentons, I provided assistance to lots of clients including:

• Total SA: Supported the client throughout the due diligence process, prepared and negotiated documents, and facilitated the completion of the acquisition of Shell’s and Chevron’s entire downstream business in Egypt, encompassing the takeover of over 100 gas stations.
• Arcelik A.S.: Assisted the client in acquiring seven manufacturing companies specializing in Home Appliances, which included 22 industrial plots, over 5000 employees, and facilities valued at over EGP 1 billion. This involved drafting the Share Purchase Agreement and conducting thorough legal due diligence of the target companies in both physical and electronic data rooms.
• Amazon Web Services: Handled a due diligence questionnaire on behalf of the client.
• APL Logistics Middle East LLC: Provided assistance to the client regarding employee downsizing and offered general corporate legal advice regarding their Egyptian subsidiary.
• Smart Pipe Company Inc.: Aided the client in establishing a new Egyptian LLC, which would serve as a subsidiary of Smart Pipe.
• Vestas Mediterranean S.A.: Offered advice and assistance to the client in relation to a project to be undertaken with NREA.
• Citigroup Global Markets Ltd: Provided guidance and support to the client concerning FX transactions.
• SITA B.V.: Assisted the client with the change of name and manager of the branch office.
