Accomplishments

  • Created a program that can compare two text files in order to determine if they were written by the same individual, based on characteristics such as: word choice, sentence structure, syntax and punctuation.
  • Worked on large coding projects such as the creation of a basic interpreter that can execute basic functions such as: execution of basic mathematical operations, ability to bind values to variables, the creation and execution of functions.
  • Captain of CAC Varsity Swim Team (2018), helped team achieve championship victory in the ISST swimming championship. Earned multiple medals in individual races as well as in relay races.
  • Won CAC Coaches Award in 2018.
  • Co-founded a project 'Ma3akom' to help rebuild schools in upper Egypt affected by flooding, raising over 60,000 EGP to buy furniture as well as recycling pre-owned furniture from Cairo American College.
  • Head of production for Zip & Flip, a company founded by fellow CAC students with a product designed as both a beach bag and beach towel, competed in INJAZ, won regional competition.
  • Designed a key storage device that could be installed inside a regular bi-fold wallet, allowing for storage of up to 4 keys with a minimal increase in wallet thickness.
