Position Overview
The Global Maintenance Revenue Generation team is a key advisor to the Services business on $4Bn+ of recurring Customer Service (CS) revenue. Our mission is to maximize CS’s return on investment, provide deep insights to support decision-making, improve the customer experience, and increase overall Customer Lifetime Value from Dell’s installed base.
The Financial Analysis leader has the ownership of the development and execution of fact-based reporting, metric analysis, analytical pricing models, and ultimately business cases used to enhance decision-making across Maintenance Revenue streams.
