• Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.

• Set plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible suppliers.

• Responsible for appropriate supplier selection /bidding processes.

· Create monthly and quarterly budget reports comparing projected costs with actual performance.

• Develop relationships with suppliers and assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.

• Participate in the compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of the market prices.

• Coordinate with concerned departments to assure supplier selection/material selection.

• Assign tasks to subordinates and regularly follow up on the progress.

• Prepare procurement plan for receiving and tracking of assigned categories to optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria.
• Keep contractual and delivery dates updated and accurate for released POs.
• Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment.
• Prepare and issue RFQ to qualified vendors as per approved vendor list.
• Negotiate with suppliers within expected time frame
• Preliminary review the received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are cleared.
• Prepare the comparison evaluation and approval forms and getting the required signatures.

• Determine the needs of the company in regards to machinery and supplies necessary for safe operation, and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and lease terms, and make the best decision for the company.
• Negotiate agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revise and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship
• Follow up the payments processes between the accounting department and the suppliers including providing proforma invoices, banks details, LCs data, and banks swifts.
• Handling all necessary shipping documents as per local or origin country rules and regulations
• Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments and send the standard tracking data to the logistics responsible
• Follow the customs release process and transportation from the port to warehouses and fills all related documents.

• Manage the daily maintenance of workshops, facilities, factories, and quarries.
• Develop schedules and implement an ongoing preventative maintenance program for factory equipment and facilities.
• Established and monitored maintenance protocols to deliver reliable service.
• Manage Spare parts needs with purchasing team.
• Organize a machinery layout according to the production process needs & installation of new equipment and utilities.

Lead a team of technicians who are responsible for maintaining some of the Naval Forces infrastructure networks, Sewage pump stations and water pipe lines.
