• As QC engineer in Performance Drilling Tools Department, I am responsible for:
• Reviewing all Repair and maintenance of jars, intensifiers, shock subs, PBL Subs and other general rental tools in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with work instructions .
• Reviewing operations maintenance and servicing of various workshop tools and equipment.
• Completing all service reports and relevant documentation to ensure tool maintenance history is correctly documented.
• Maintaining good standard of housekeeping practices in workshop.
• Ordering spare parts and consumable for all performance drilling tools along with PBL Sub.
• Recording inspection, examination, and testing data.
• Initiating non-conforming product/equipment reports upon detection of any non-conforming products
• Following legal regulations for a safe and healthy workspace.

• Trainee in centrifugal pumps factory in city of Suez. -Learnt about different types of centrifugal pumps. -Materials used in centrifugal pumps manufacturing. -HQ curves and pump performance characteristics. -Mechanical seal and packing types. -Bearing used in centrifugal pumps. -Testing methods of centrifugal pumps.

• Member of the mechanical team responsible for design and fabrication of ROV to compete in MATE ROV COMPETITION.
