- Conduct 2 Dealers Forum
- Maximize exploitation fees according to 70/30 rule and pay back on investment for other modes of management
- Monitors stations performance to meet set targets for W.P, lubes & SFS24/7
- Watch over competitor’s performance.
- Assures dealers compliance with contracts terms and articles.
- Implementing of contracts exploitation and rents
- Negotiate with Dealers to renew exploitation contracts.
- Following TOM-CARDS activity and signing contracts with dealers.
