1. Develop Training Programmes – Design and coordinate training programmes for permanent and temporary electoral staff to improve their knowledge and professional skills.

2. Conduct Electoral Research – Lead research on electoral systems, laws, procedures, international standards, and lessons learned from previous elections to support evidence-based decisions.

3. Develop Training Materials – Prepare and regularly update manuals, guidelines, curricula, and other training materials for election officials.

4. Assess Staff Capacity – Identify knowledge and skills gaps among Commission staff and develop appropriate capacity-building programmes to address them.

5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness – Monitor and evaluate training activities, assess participants' performance, and recommend improvements for future electoral operations.

6. Support Electoral Innovation and Reform – Use research findings and lessons learned to recommend improvements in electoral procedures, policies, and systems.

7. Coordinate Knowledge Sharing – Facilitate cooperation with universities, civil society, development partners, and other electoral institutions to exchange expertise and strengthen the Commission's institutional capacity

• Duties and Responsibilities include among others:
• Preparing and delivering lectures according to the university curriculum and academic standards.
• Developing course materials such as lesson plans, presentations, reading materials, and assignments.
• Assessing and grading students through examinations, assignments, presentations, and other academic activities.
• Providing academic guidance and support to students in their studies and research.
• Conducting research and contributing to academic publications, conferences, and professional activities.
• Supervising student research projects, dissertations, and graduation theses where applicable.
• Participating in departmental and university activities, including meetings, committees, and academic planning.
• Maintaining accurate academic records including attendance, grades, assessments, and student progress.
• Updating knowledge and teaching methods through professional development and current research.
• Promoting a positive learning environment and maintaining professional relationships with students and colleagues

• Developing sales strategies to promote travel packages, tours, and tourism services.
• Identifying new customers and markets through research, networking, and business contacts.
• Promoting tourism packages through direct sales, advertising, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about destinations, hotels, flights, tours, and travel packages.
• Preparing quotations and proposals based on customers’ travel requirements and budgets.
• Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular communication to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinating with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers to arrange travel services.
• Negotiating prices and service agreements with customers and tourism service providers.
• Monitoring sales performance and market trends and reporting results to management.
• Achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings and identifying opportunities to increase company revenue.
