I find immense satisfaction in the creative process of songwriting, which truly feels like a sanctuary where I can fully express myself. When I pick up a pen and begin to articulate my thoughts, I consciously assume the role of a director, completely in control of the narrative I wish to construct. This particular fascination with storytelling and narrative control extends seamlessly into my other primary leisure pursuit: watching movies. My enjoyment stems particularly from deciphering intricate plots and uncovering subtle, hidden 'Easter eggs' that enrich the viewing experience and reward close attention. A particular favorite director of mine in this regard is Quentin Tarantino; the remarkable depth of information and layered dimensionality he embeds within his cinematic works is consistently astounding, and I find his meticulous craftsmanship and unique storytelling approach unequivocally position him as one of the most significant, if not the greatest, filmmakers of our era.
