This position's role includes managing a team of installers, coordinating with clients and other contractors, ensuring quality control, and adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

• Follow-up of reinforcing steel of ceiling and beams
• Here, the numbers of reinforcing bars, their individualization is important, the steel is covered in the correct areas
• Also check on ducts in the ceiling for sanitary and electrical installations and rain drainage that matches the plans
• Follow-up the pouring of concrete for the ceiling and make sure of its quality, compaction, levels and spraying it
• And so on until the last ceiling, where the work of rain tendencies is taken into account
• Reviewing the plans of item that will be implemented mathematically and operationally, deemed necessary
• Making statement, extract of the executed works and submitting them to the competent authorities so that payments of the value of those works are paid
• Ensuring that the implementation of the works coincides with the timetable in order to avoid the occurrence of delays and must work to remedy any delay
