  • The responsibility of raw materials starts with the management of agriculture activities for both Barley and grapes.
  • Guarantees the respect of Heineken rules: financially, technically and code of conducts.
  • Led the Procurement organization through major economic turnarounds, with aggressive initiatives to absorb the negative financial impact on the business:
  • Execution of Localization program, in which were able to source locally 60% from the imported Raw, Pack & other indirect materials (e.g. fridges, IT costs ...) to locally source.
  • Rolling out Opportunity Assessment & CVE within the whole company, with the engagement of all functions directors. Which helped to save almost EGP 20m since 2015.
