Summary

For 33 years, as a clinical pathology specialist and molecular diagnosis of genetics and infectious diseases, participating in zoonotic diseases diagnosis specially those linked with livestock, poultry and fisheries and their impact in both economic and public health decision. For long time, I had been involved in many laboratory for both setting and establishment of lab examinations using PCR, Real-Time PCR, Capillary sequencing, and recently, NGS sequencing in Gulf laboratories and Egypt. Moreover, I had extended experience for 18 years working in genetic testing and selection of embryos using molecular assays in the Egyptian IVF center and Cancer Diagnosis in color laboratories, which had allowed me to analyze all pedigree data efficiently and identify the presence of any genetic problems to calculate risk involvement and to evaluate the pattern of inheritance and possibility of disease occurrence. With special care to: identify genetic markers for making cancer signature by detection and develop effective diagnostic strategies. I handle Quality Control procedures for cancer diagnosis and precision medicine interpretation in Colors medical lab for the last 3 years, Horizon for scientific consultancy for the last 3 years, and genetic lab in the Egyptian IVF-ET center for Applying ISO17025 and 15198 guidelines in research and optioning accurate results in diagnosis. During 2020; I get a project in my lab for establishing accredited unit for molecular disease diagnosis according to ISO 17025 standard. I have in-depth knowledge of QC for Self-monitoring checks on tasks done by Lab and knowledge of QC for computer applications. I routinely Collect and validate the results of the analyses, Make decisions (action and corrective actions) planning of trends shared by enhancing production elements and SOP development and SOP modification. Throughout my career, I have enhanced my skills in: Research Design and Execution by a strong ability to design and conduct rigorous research projects, ensuring reliable and impactful results. Data Analysis and Interpretation based on proficient in analyzing complex biological data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions. Scientific Writing and Communication using best track record of effectively communicating research findings through scientific publications and presentations. Collaboration by collaborative environments, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing among researchers. Developed versatile teaching and mentoring skills in higher education environment, fostering collaborative and engaging learning atmosphere.
