I began my career in this role as an English Customer Service Agent. Over time, I was promoted to Team Captain, where my responsibilities include reaching out to high-priority customers via calls or emails and handling cases that frontline agents are unable to resolve. I also support new agents by guiding and assisting them with their tasks. Additionally, I assist the Team Leader in analyzing daily team performance metrics and monitoring attendance.
