I develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using paid Ads and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.

I lead comprehensive digital strategies across SEO, SEM, content creation, email campaigns, and social media platforms. In addition, I manage the full e-commerce experience from ensuring smooth UX/UI and mobile optimization to managing product listings, secure payment gateways, and CRM flows. I work closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery and continuously track KPIs such as CAC, CLTV, and conversion rates to drive growth and performance.

    As I the Digital Marketing Manager at Hefny Pharma Group, will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and promoting our pharmaceutical products and services through innovative online marketing strategies.

    - Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy across various online channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
    Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content targeted towards healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring strict adherence to relevant pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
    Manage and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

    - Responsibilities (E-commerce Focus):
    Oversee the e-commerce platform (website or app) ensuring a smooth user experience, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
    Manage product listings and information, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and accurate pricing.
    Develop and manage a secure online payment gateway to facilitate safe and convenient transactions.
    Develop and implement a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy for e-commerce customers, including order confirmation emails, shipping notifications, and post-purchase communication.
    Work with fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce such as sales revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
    Develop and implement a data-driven approach to managing the e-commerce store to continuously improve performance.
  • We started with a soft launch in December 2023, reaching around 100 orders. From January 2024 until now, we’ve grown to over 4,594 orders. While the average order value initially was 305 EGP, it was adjusted to 260 EGP by the end of the year. Despite this, we successfully achieved a ROAS of 3.5 — highlighting the strength and efficiency of our marketing strategy.
