  • Managing Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care and parking areas
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Key Achievements: performing complete overhauling for the cooling tower which included packing, drift eliminators, lovers and restoring its sand filter system with new media and system enhancement trough Smart relay controlled electric valves.
  • Complete plates and frame heat exchanger overhauling with SpiraxSarco which included plated, steam traps, steam pumps and diffusers and complete steam traps assembly efficiency utilization.
  • Enhancement of the 12 existing Earthing systems and replacing two systems which didn't achieve the needed 1:3 ohm for LV systems and was beyond repair.
  • tendering and completion of chaining the two main fire pumps MCC for new soft starter Mark III firetrol instated of the obsolete sylvania panels which included installing new sensing line for the panels pressure transmitters.
  • Installing Separate FF systems which consist of one FM200 system, two CO2 systems, two Hood Fire suppression system (Ansul).
  • Performing complete overhauling for one of the water cooled york 500 ton chillers for maximum efficiency and lifetime.
  • Performing 3rd part audit on the Boilers, pressurization and Smoke extraction fans, Elevators, Chilled and condenser water Balance with TUV and complete Marriott FLS audit with BV.

  • Maintain Spare parts inventory and communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs
  • Key Achievements : Performing complete electrical system maintenance with El-Serafy on the VR, six 2.5 MVA GE dry transformers, bus way and MDBs which included oil samples of the VR, periodic thermal imaging, Megger, turns ratio tests and checking the tie ACB control and ATS Coordination.
  • Performing both In-house and contracted company maintenance and majors on two Cummins generates, two air cooled Train chillers, two 4.5 ton steam clever brooks boilers, 20 Armstrong pumps ranging from 25: 100 HP.
  • Tendering and installing new MCC panel and five CR64-4 Grundfos pumps for the domestic water system.
  • Tendering and installing new 30,000 CFM Lint collector for the Laundry.
  • Installing new Softener Siata Headers and changing the old resin.
  • Achieving the Green star for hotel certificate representing Engineering and as the Environmental manager.
