• Italfluid establish a 20 MMM SCF gas treatment plant, beside that constructing a gathering network and well control panels as an inlet to the plant, in additional to an export line with a fiscal metering skid.
• I was responsible for review engineering document including System Architecture, Interconnection Cable Schedule, Functional Design Specifications (Hardware, software), MTU/RTU Control System Cabinets drawings, and WHCP Function diagram, Hydraulic Panel Drawings, Accumulators sizing calculation, FAT & SAT Procedure and Project schedule.
• Install of fire alarms and firefighting systems, heat tracing, hydraulic panels, instrument on skids and off skids, instrument on pipe line and compressor, control valves and SDV.
• Calibration phases and functional loop check.
• I arranged the usage of instrument balk material that are common between the original and the temporary WHCP, like using the same fusible plug loop, also using the same instrument fitting of the pilot switches sensing lines to be used with the future smart pressure switches.

• Installing new SDV on the main gas line inlet to the gas utilizes, it shall be supplied with local control panel and integrate it with the WHCP
• Install new F&G detection system on plat form. All decks shall be covered with gas detectors and flame detectors and connected to an addressable panel. Also, we will integrate its actions with WHCP
