• Translate customer business requirements into integrated technical.
• Articulate and document how Security solutions provide increased business value and improved technical capability.
• Establish healthy business relations with customer’s & Vendor's for securing repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Act as customer’s primary point of contact for all presales technical needs related to Security Solutions.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations on relevant Security Solutions.
• Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
• Proactively enhance product knowledge, explore market trends and new technologies and transfer knowledge to account managers, support team, and customers.
• Participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, competitive, positioning and pricing, developing response strategy, proposal development, follow up till opportunity close.
• Build documents (Bill-of-Materials, Solution Description, Competitive Analysis, Design Document).
• Maintain/ Achieve certifications with our major technology partners.
