• Manage and follow up all operations and procedures related to projects to implement and develop local and international infrastructure networks.
• Work to coordinate with all internal departments and external parties to define processes and procedures for projects, while creating positive and effective channels to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with telecom Egypt standards
• Follow up the performance of the implementation plan and submit proposals and necessary amendments in line with the company's policies
• Immediate intervention in the event of internal and external crises and providing the necessary implementation support to the operational departments to ensure the movement of workflow according to the time plan specified for the project
• Follow-up contracts for executing companies, work performed, consumption of materials used in projects, and work to provide strategic stocks for all projects
• Develop a database to collect data related to the department
• Evaluating the performance of projects, preparing reports and submitting them

- Giving final approval to the new projects that have been received, with the start of the services operation, in accordance with the technical specifications regulating this.

- Coordinating with all parties to follow up on the implementation of projects plans to maintain the main and international transmission network paths.

- Preparing financial assays for the account of others that request the transfer of routes that conflict with the work of the national project for the strategic road network and other projects

- Supervising and reviewing the terms of contracts and assignment orders used in the work of implementing and raising the efficiency of the Transmutation networks.

- Preparing periodic and non -periodic reports required in order to achieve the required performance levels, follow up on the workflow and update the network database.

• By the end of 2020, it has achieved the receipt of nearly 17 implementation projects of fiber- optic infrastructure tracks

Supervising the implementation of civil and electrical works for new optical fiber infrastructure networks projects that conflict with national and strategic projects .

• Oversaw work of direct report engineers engaged in quality assurance validation.
• Participate in the planning work and determine the schedule for implementing the required new network paths
• Conducting tests and technical measurements of the materials used and ensuring their conformity with the specifications and getting approvals.
• Reviewing the projects and approving the contractor for each project to start executing the works.
• Receipt of completed projects work according to the agreed technical specifications.
• Review and approve the contractor's financial extracts according to the works received and the quantities implemented in the project.
