- 2015 Participation in Project Creating and launching public administration to control transmission equipment in telecom Egypt, as a member of "resources committee"
- 2012 Working on submitting a proposal to manage a fire crisis in one of the transmission rooms and the interruption of the communication service, which affected the customers. The circuits removed from the service were used to switch canceled as a quick solution and the transfer of major customers to them in parallel with the preparation of alternative routes in the rest of the customers, and all services were organized in 72 working hours.
