· Reliance Customer Manage System (CMS) upgrade: Upgrading Reliance CMS CRM system from CRM 2011 to MS CRM 365 on cloud

Work on the following projects:

· Federal Transport Authority CRM: FTA is responsible to issue license and premises for commercial companies in the land sector which are working in transporting passengers and good between the borders of UAE or outside UAE, also issue license for commercial and pleasure vessels in whole UAE. The licensing system is based on CRM and integrating with many internal systems in FTA and other entities in UAE (Smart Pass, Happiness Meter, EDirham, Car Club and others)

Technologies: MS CRM 365, MS SQL Server 2016, SharePoint, MS Dynamics Portal, MS SSRS, WCF Services, ASP.net and integration with Facebook Chatbot, Skype Chatbot, Mobile App (Android & IOS)

Role: Architect, handling all client communications, requirements review, Team Leading (17 person)

Build, maintain and support an internal web portal for AIMC organization to handle the internal messages between the organization members in the different Arab countries; Also present a lot of functionalities to share data between the member countries in the council.

· Reliance Master Customers Database: Reliance has many systems to service its business with a high number of customers, and each system has its own customers base. So at the end there was a need to centralize the customers’ base between all the systems and a centralized integration layer to synchronize, match and clean the data between all systems in real time or scheduled synchronization.

· Reliance CMS & L2C systems integration with Field Service Management system (FSM)

· Reliance CMS (Phase 3,4,5,6): As mentioned below in the last position, CMS system is customer management system to increase the quality of the customer service in Reliance organization based on the speed of calls and service quality. So there was a needing to add new functionalities and features to CMS to serve the customers during their calls with Reliance call center

Developing a rich application has many features that responsible for managing the cycle of creating tenders and publishing them to vendors. Also reviewing and analyzing the vendors’ offers to supply hospitals with their needs from medical and non-medical items. The application is connecting more than 500 vendor, 2000 hospital and MOH Supplies department with online system. The system reduced the full cycle of the tender from creation to the supplying to hospitals from months to days.

· Reliance CRM: CRM system for reliance organization to handle operations between sales agents, install partners and customer based on MS CRM 2011. The system the full sales process starting from opportunities till finish the installation of the products and calculate the allowances for the sales partners and install Partners.

· DRT-DST: Business portal to manage requests between employees of UTC organization based on asp.net 3.5 and MS SQL 2008.

· CAEDT: Business portal to manage cash and debits between sub organizations of UTC organization in USA based on asp.net 3.5 and MS SQL 2008.

· UAE MOH CRM: CRM system for UAE MoH to handle operations between MoH employees, hospitals and providers based on MS CRM 2011, SharePoint 2010, C#.Net 4.0

· Reliance CMS (Phase 1, 2): CMS system is customer management system to increase the quality of the customer service in Reliance organization based on the speed of calls and service quality. CMS is handling more that 3 million customers and integrates with multiple systems (Oracle, SQL server...)

· Ministry of Justic of U.A.E- Abu Dhabi (Moj): This project is a web portal for the UAE ministry of justice to connect all the civil courts together; I worked in the financial part. “Amanat” using ASP.Net, Ajax, Javascript, MS Reporting Services, MS SQL Server 2008.

· Time sheet portal as internal system for ICapital using the previous technologies and generate reports and dashboards using performance point server.

· Belbadi MIS: Cover all financial transactions, payable and receivables done in Belbadi organizations in UAE.

iCapital CRM: Customize and implement MS CRM 4.0 as internal CRM for ICapital to manage business process, opportunities and customers in UAE and outside UAE

• CRM 4.0 Implementation for Palm Hills Development

Description: Comprehensive solution for sales and customer relationship management, built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Integration of MS CRM and SharePoint to add documents management feature to MS CRM and attach documents with SharePoint features in this subject

• POS (Point Of Sale) System

Description: Manage all sales operations of items. The new feauture that differentiate this system from other systems is that the custmer screen is much bigger and allow the custemer to keep track with the items by showing items pictures, and there also a sapce to advertisement.

• Purchase order and transfers system

Description: Handling of Purchase orders and transfer operations.

A web portal for Velosi Group ™; a multinational company who provides a wide range of services to oil companies all over the world, from Quality Assurance to Quality Control, from Inspection to Legislative Certification…etc. The application manages all day to day assignments made by the company all over its world branches.

It includes (Some and not all):

Ø Add/Edit/Delete of all entities involved in the system.

Ø Assigning jobs to inspectors.

Ø A calendar for each and every inspector for his jobs needed to be completed.

Ø Clients requiring jobs.

Ø Reports produced by the system for accomplished inspections including the inspections details and results.

Ø Production of sales and purchase invoices.

My role in that project was:

Ø Developer in team consists of three developers and one quality assurance engineer.

Ø Understanding and collecting system requirements and full database design.

Ø Development of three modules of the main modules.
