Roles:

• Manage the team on operation in part of machine drive for electrical activities and responsibilities approx. 60 persons.
• Manage required materials supply and electric/instrumental spare parts related to tunneling activities through the team.
• Analyze the input/output data related to tunneling activities from TBM connected and other source to improve troubleshooting response.
• Manage the team to build up the Electric supply network starting from 12 MVA power station until the end of LV network

• Pitched ideas for business development to executive team and gave in-depth presentations to clients using effective public speaking skills.
• Collaborated with sales and marketing departments to support client acquisition.
• Consistently exceeded quotas through penetration of new accounts.
• Reached out to potential customers via telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Finding new tunneling projects to participate such as an Albanian tunnel project approx. 155 M€, a recent under-tendering phase railway project on golf valued by 2 B$ and other infrastructure projects outside Egypt.
• Trying to find another tunneling technics and how we could transfer the technology to our technical team aiming the growth strategy on tunnelling market inside/outside Egypt

Roles:

• Presented the project to business development department and CEO accordingly.
• Coordination with the Albanian partner all project aspects and registration procedures
• Coordinate all the aspects with our Albanian partner with Petrojet internal departments to submit technical and commercial offer such as and not limited to:

1. Signing a Momentum Of Understanding (MOU) with the Albanian partner.

2. Supervision of opening a new branch on Albania with whole procedure steps.

3. Supervision of the activities of technical/commercial studies.
