• Study and analyze the target market for the product line to ensure the quality and needs.

• Responsible for recruiting, training, monitoring and evaluating a team of 60 employees (managers, assistant managers and sales assistants).

• Review salaries and incentive schemes for shop team in liaison with Finance and HR and make recommendations wherever required.

• Ensure and keep back office Team aligned with business plan and linked with HQ Team.

• Interact with the regional leadership team and responsible for the development of brand strategy

• Control and managing the level of in-store inventory, new product, visual merchandising and collateral materials, ensure their timely availability for marketing activities.

• Insure thorough and up to date knowledge or retail industry including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends.
