CI/CD & Automation

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Automate testing, deployments, and rollback processes
• Champion release reliability and automation-driven development workflows

Cloud Infrastructure

• Design and manage infrastructure primarily on AWS, GCP and Azure with exposure to multi-cloud strategies
• Implement cost-effective and secure cloud solutions
• Enforce cloud compliance and security best practices

Observability & Monitoring

• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry
• Develop actionable alerting and incident response mechanisms

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloudbased infrastructure using platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This includes virtual machines, storage, networking, and security components.
• DevOps Automation: Implement and maintain automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC). Automate the build, deployment, and configuration management processes.
• CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery. Integrate code repositories, build systems, automated testing, and deployment tools to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to define and manage infrastructure configurations. Apply version control principles to infrastructure changes, enabling reproducibility and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and application performance. Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.

• Provides remote technical support for VxRail Hyper-Converged Infrastructure hardware and software incidents.
• Troubleshooting incidents in complex data center customer environment designs and architecture using VMware, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Resolve all Technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical support to VMware customers - via email and telephone.
• Own and drive the Customer Experience throughout the lifecycle of the Service Request to resolution.
• Be an advocate for network virtualization, educate GSS on the NSX platform.

• Owner and Second line of support for Vodafone Prepaid Charging System [Ericsson CS 5.3] (SDP, VS, AIR, AF).
• Implement required network configuration and operational changes including Upgrades & expansions, executing work orders for network configuration.
• Full Linux/Unix Administration for over 50 machines.
• Oracle Database administration and tuning.
• Web Servers administration: WebLogic and Tomcats.
• Bash scripting Monitoring alarms and automation tools.
• Implementing, Accepting Testing new nodes integration.
• Working within ITIL Foundation environment.
• Customer experience excellence environment through any global or individual incident.
• Using ElasticSearch for analyzing charging system logs.
