• Reviewing procurement documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and specifications, to ensure that all necessary quality requirements are included and clearly defined.
• Coordinates with inspection agencies (third parties and labs) for the provision of inspectors and their assignments.
• Conducting quality inspections of procured materials and equipment, both on-site (SAT) and at supplier facilities (FAT), to ensure that they meet the specified quality requirements and standards.

• Issue the vendor shop inspection report (VSIR) to the vendor/supplier quality manager and ensure the comment’s fulfillment, then issue the final report to the procurement, logistics, and engineering departments.
• Issuing lessons learned from the project and performing other work duties that managers delegate.

Project Name: Alamian NUCA TowersLD-01-High Rise Building

• Follow up on all mechanical activities on the site and ensure that they are carried out according to the established quality control program and field inspection testing procedures.
• Preparing ITP, and other quality documents requested by QA/QC Manager.
• Managing the quality of subcontractors and all inspection activities related to HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and underground work.
• Issue NCRs if there are any violations of quality concepts and procedures, and follow up on NCRs until closed through the approved procedure.
• Closing the NCRs in coordination with Management management Manager.
• Perform inspection on materials supplied to the site, check material approval, certificates, and manufacturer approval and Issue MIR (Material Inspection Request) and follow up until getting approval from Consultant ECG.
• Managing the qualification of the Welder according to ASME IX and issuing certificates for welder
• Provide training and support to a team member to raise quality awareness about systems, policies, procedures, and core processes, and conduct quality reviews of manufacturing data according to ISO 9001-2015.

Project Name: NEW CAPITAL POWER PLANT 4800 MW

• Monitoring and supervision of all activities related to welding, fit-up, and PWHT activities on the site
• Managing subcontractors and all Inspection Activities related to BOP Scope (Balance of Plant) for piping which connects between HRSG and steam Turbine According to ASME B31.1 (Module No. 3 and Module No. 1)
• Managing the qualification of the welder according to ASME IX and issuing certificates to the welder
• Review welding requirements and follow up all welding activities on-site
• Follow up on all activities on-site and ensure that carried out according to the established quality control program, field inspection testing procedures.
• Monitor post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of alloy material (P92 & P91 & P22 & P11) and review the completed report.
• Dealing with Various Codes, Standards, and Specifications (ASME IX, ASME B31.1).
• Checking the hydrostatic test packages for NDT compliance prior to testing
• Performing interpretations and evaluations of the results for the following non-destructive testing:

• Managing Inspection and all Activities of Erection and Testing of Combined Cycle turbine and Exhaust Bypass System included Diffuser & Expansion Joint & Diverter Casing & Diverter Blade & Exhaust Stack.
• Managing the qualification of Welder according to ASME IX and Issue Certificates to the welder.
• Review welding requirements and follow all welding activities.
• Follow up all activities on site in the line with the established quality control program, field inspection testing procedure based on the construction schedule.
• Dealing with Various Codes, Standards, and specifications (ASME IX, EN, ISO, and ASTM). Performance, interpretations, and evaluation of the results for the following Non-Destructive Testing:

1- Visual Testing.

2- Radiographic Testing

3- Issue NDT Request

• Perform final documentation and check the punch list for the test package.
• Reviewing welding procedure specification "WPS" and Supporting procedure Qualification record "PQR" and welder performance qualification “WPQR

Overseeing inspection activities for the erection and testing of six storage tanks

Ø Material A 537 Cl 2 and A 573 Gr. 70 and A283 Gr. C Piping Material X56 according to API 5L.

Ø Inspection of pipelines and tanks, ensuring that all installed pipes and fittings are to the correct specification and that the material is in accordance with the specified traceability requirement.

Ø Review welding requirements for field-erected pipelines and tanks.

Ø Implement quality control activities on site in line with the established quality control program and field inspection testing procedures based on the construction schedule.

Ø Ensure that heat treatment and all non-destructive testing are in compliance with the relevant code and specification.

Ø Dealing with various codes, standards, and specifications (ASME 9, EN, ISO, ASTM, and API650 and API 1104) Performance, interpretations, and evaluation of the results for the following non-destructive testing:

1-Visual Testing.

3: Issue NDT Request for a subcontractor

• Perform final documentation and check the punch list for the test package.
• Reviewing the welding procedure specification "WPS" and Supporting procedure

Qualification record "PQR" and welder performance qualification “WPQR

• Prepare the welding & N.D.T. maps for tanks and piping.
• Raising NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) wherever necessary & ensuring that these are an action taken towards it.
