As a doctor, I started my career with a great dedication & commitment over the past 7 years since the start of my internship till now as a neonatology and pediatrics resident without any pauses.

I'm having a great relationship among my colleague as well as my Seniors and my Consultants .

I'm looking forward to improve my knowledge and

skills including medical courses and attending a

lot of workshops, conferences, seminars and participating in quality improvement projects beside improving personal qualifications.

I started participating in volunteering work

during the college and till now. As I was elected to be the president of the students Union of my college. Also, I am the leader of a charity group called " for our country" which is aiming to help poor people trying to improve their quality of life.

I'm advancing my personal life as I got married 2

years ago as well as I am living with my lovely wife and my cute 2 month old son. Besides, my whole family including my father, mother and three brothers.

I was a member of the Students Union of Tanta Faculty of medicine since 2013 then I was elected as the head of the scouting and the public service committee at 2014.

After that I was elected the president of the students Union at the college at 2015. Also, I was elected as the vise president of the Tanta university Students Union in the same year.

In addition, I have worked at a primary care unite called " El Amal unite" at 2017. I worked as a GP for few months till I have became its manager for about one year.

Also, I am a leader of a charity non official organization called " For our Country" for 8 years till now.

Therefore, I have faced massive situations where I had to deal with issues, logistic problems, emergencies and diplomatic relations. This enabled me to strengthen my communication skills in dealing with different situations and different people and also to be able to give 100% in a complex situation.

I have participated in a project called " Improvement of preipheral intravenous catheters usage and decrease related injuries in neonates" which has won the 1st place among other projects of other hospitals in Egypt. I was responsible for providing Recent evidence points to managing peripheral intravenous catheters based on clinical indication which offers opportunities for early intervention, removal or replacement of the catheter in the form of clear step and to train nurses to follow it.
