- Responsible for testing all incoming; Intermediate products, Raw material samples received from planning Department, using equipment or chemical analysis to determine if meet standard and specifications per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identification of active and inactive raw materials using Infra-Red Spectrophotometer.
- Accurately follow established procedures and perform tasks in accordance with testing schedule and cGMP requirements.
- Record, compile, review and report data per cGMP.
- Responsible for Reporting any discrepancies and nonconformity results from above mentioned tests of materials to Section Head and support investigation for appropriate corrective action.
- Assist in investigations; such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Analyses.
- Ensuring all at-risk product is under control, properly dispositioned and exposure to further deficiencies mitigated.
- Ensure that instruments and equipment used in analysis are kept in qualified and calibrated state.
