Project description: Monorail the design and project management of two lines East of Nile and West of the Nile.
Company’s role in the Project: PMC.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Controlling the financial aspects of the project.
• Provide support on all financial matters throughout the work in the project.
• Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and finalize the payment certificates with the assistance of the QS’s.
• Evaluate the unit rates for new work items with assistance by the QS’s.
• Lead in the preparation of variation orders.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
• Audit payments to Contractors.
• Monitor contracts final cost estimates.

May 2022 - December 2023 | Mostakbal City Phase 3 Project, Cairo, Egypt| Senior QS Engineer
Mostakbal City is new Cairo’s largest integrated ‘Mega Green City’ Developed to roll out on an impressive area of 11,000 acres, setting sustainable development at its forefront to meet the needs of the present and future environment. Master planned as a fully integrated city comprising of 5 thriving phases. Executing the project using around 70 Construction packages so far and counting.
