• - set the daily program for all guest's activities: kids club , kids mini theatre shows, kids competitions , kids parties . All plans are set considering all health and safety guides .
  - daily sports program for adults : aqua gym, aerobics, dancing lessons (salsa, Batchata , tango ,zumba..etc) in addition to beach volley ball and stretching .
  - daily theme night entrances and costumes in parallel with the hotel theme night buffet .
  - Arranging all events decoration, costumes, shows for the events round the year ( New year and Christmas eve , Valentines day, women day , Easter , Eid ..etc)
  - Prepare daily music play list for the hotel house music at the public areas .
  - Designing and making the theatres and ball room decoration for events and for daily shows .
  - Train the recreation team and the animation team on all the hotel's policy regarding guest's hospitality .
  
  - Report to the management any negative feedback from guest's within the stay to resolve all issues and increase guest's satisfaction.
