• Verifying procurement logs and delivery schedule (E1 / E2).
• Track and collect all required documents (budget, drawings, specifications, quantity (BOQ), or qty take-off if available) per trade to start negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors (vendors) to collect quotations (RFQs), which should comply with project requirements.
• Verifying a comparison sheet for each trade to show the status of this trade against the budget, and getting high board approvals.
• Submitting pre-qualification, followed by MARs (Material Approval Requests), through the project consultant.
• The trade should be finalized with a 'PO' Purchase Order (supply only) or an 'SCA' Subcontract Agreement (supply and apply), after getting approval from the consultant.
• Verifying the Procurement Financial/Situation Log (Budget vs. Actual (Awarded) Amount) to show and clarify the total project financial amount throughout the project duration, and its impact. ( Monthly / Quarterly ).
• The follow-up stage should start to track all deliveries and progress on site, followed by weekly updates for the mentioned logs above for submittals and deliveries, to prevent any project duration delays.
• Maintains partnerships with whole supply chain to drive regular performance reviews against quality, cost and delivery.
• Ensured high-quality materials sourcing through supplier audits, quality checks, and thorough evaluation processes.
• Developed strong relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for the company.
• The warranties should be collected from the suppliers if it is required and mentioned by the specification.

Roles:

• Creating a baseline for launching the project after collecting the required documents to start, and submit it for approval.
• Doing a weekly progress update on PRIMAVERA P6.
• Present the weekly progress status in the weekly meeting.
• Tracking the weekly and monthly progress photos for the construction project.
• Revise the baseline if it is not applicable, and resubmit it again for approval.
• Planned and coordinated materials, equipment and labor for [Number] projects.
• Tracking the shop drawing by the engineering department and updating it through the P6 program.

• 7 months.

Roles:

• Submitting daily reports to the client PM contains (manpower, material delivery, construction progress, and batch plant productivity).
• Coordinated site investigations, documented issues, and escalated to executive teams.
• Supervise the delivery notes for materials delivered to the site, and ensure they comply with the procurement schedule Qty.
• Developed strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to guidelines.
• Tracking all manpower by trade for all construction sectors and investigate if there are any delays in any trade.
