Preparing overseas wire transfers and bank checks for payments of suppliers invoices after ensuring bank balance.

Account Receivables

Preparing revenue invoices with the determinate chargeable amount including any necessary escalation.

Process daily accounts Receivables transactions.

Following up with the Internal Financial auditor for approval.

Estimate work in process on a monthly basis.

Preparing weekly report of receivables and collections.

Respond to Clients queries.
