• Providing Engineering Support for DellEmc , troubleshooting Hardware (Dell PowerEdge Servers , VMware Infrastructure (VMware vCenter, VMware ESXi,..etc), Administration and deployment issues
• Write how-to, and other technical articles for internal and customer communities

• Responsible of performing problem determination, communicating plans for resolution, explaining developments and resolution implementation for NetWorker Backup and Recovery Software
• Received multiple awards for the positive customer satisfaction surveys acquired
• Mentoring and/or coaching less experienced TSEs working the EMEA shift from around the world and participate in an informal training for other TSEs
• Planning on-boarding plans for new comers and fresh grads

• Acting as a remote customer advocate to champion specific customer needs in collaboration with field team and other teams at the same or different business units.
