• 07/01/17, Present, Maintenance General Manager, Zohr Gas Plant- Petrobel-Egypt, Port Said North Egypt, Zohr gas plant is a subsea sour gas plant located at Port Said North Egypt, it provides more than 60% of energy to Egypt. It consists of 20 subsea wells with associated subsea network and control platform. On shore plant composed of no.8 gas sweetening trains, no.3 sulfur recovery units, sulfur forming facilities and utilities. Utilities composed of the following: Power Generation (No.6 Siemens SGT-400 gas turbines total power more than 70 MW) Main switchgear (Schneider 33KV GIS), and No. 10 MV/LV substations. No.1 Central control room, and 10 local control rooms No.3 steam boilers 120 ton/hr. Demi water plant and water desalination plant.
