I Started working as the Head Chef of the hospital kitchen,

Which serves hospital patients, staff, and medical teams.

This kitchen also operates as a central kitchen for New Giza restaurants, where it prepares and dispatches all restaurant products daily.

In addition, I am responsible for overseeing the kitchens of all New Giza restaurants.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Took over the hospital kitchen and the separately pastry bakery kitchen from its initial handover phase.

• Developed a complete operational system from scratch.

• Designed full menu plans for both patients and staff.

• Conducted interviews and assembled the kitchen team.

• Created comprehensive recipe files for all preparations.

• Built structured kitchen documentation, including visit and inspection files.

• Procured all equipment necessary to launch the hospital kitchen and staff cafeteria.

After the official opening of the hospital, the kitchen now:

• Prepares and serves tailored meals for patients in all medical conditions, fully integrated with the HIS system in coordination with the medical team.

• Provides daily lunch and dinner for hospital staff.

• Operates two cafeterias within the hospital premises.
