This kitchen also operates as a central kitchen for New Giza restaurants, where it prepares and dispatches all restaurant products daily.
In addition, I am responsible for overseeing the kitchens of all New Giza restaurants.

• Took over the hospital kitchen and the separately pastry bakery kitchen from its initial handover phase.
• Developed a complete operational system from scratch.
