Working with the WMS system for storing each pallet with a specific address

enables the tracking of inventory in the receiving area, the stock in the

warehouse, and the inventory in the loading area. Additionally, I prepare

performance reports for employees and the receiving department, generating

reports on receipts that occurred daily, weekly, and monthly. This includes

reports on goods preparation and evaluating the performance of each

warehouse keeper, as well as assessing the overall performance of the

department. I also prepare reports on the cost of each carton stored in the

warehouse.

Preparing reports on the performance of employees in the systems

department, generating stock hold reports, and creating stock valuation

reports, both summary and detailed. Additionally, I prepare quarterly and

annual reports and address any discrepancies that arise in the reports by

developing an action plan. I implement a document management system for

easy access, train new staff on procedures, and establish a support system for

all roles within the systems department.

I record the issued orders in the Store Operation Manager program and

monitor the documentation cycle

I record the movement of items, including receipt and issuance, and prepare

reports on what has been received and the available balances for the items
