Supervise the Rollout teams in preparation of monthly Rollout plan with inputs from Acquisition, Construction, Telecom, power solutions and access network division

Follow up weekly & monthly ON-AIR plans

Plan site acceptance and handover to O&M activities within pre-defined SLA

Monitor vendor performance on new rollout implementation

Track new rollout SLAs with the various stakeholders

Raise stock issues based on Rollout Plan and shortages ahead of time to prevent rollout delays

Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations

Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Conduct audits and reviews to validate completion and quality

Coordinates site activities and assures that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives.

Ensure that vendors/suppliers meet all the technical specifications with respect to specifications.

Workmanship quality of the installation

Perform site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits

Create regular progress reports

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction work meets industry standards, Etisalat specifications, and regulatory requirements

Manage, supervise and provide leadership to teams including sub-contractors

Responsible for the proper interpretation and compliance of the civil design plans

Plans, coordinates, organize, and controls fabrication of the Telecom steel towers and camouflage solutions

Rollout Civil Work Material Requests review and suppliers physical updates, Rollout technical support for any erection problems and data sharing

Supervise on Civil work including Tower Foundation Implementation Technical Supervision, tower erection supervision

Managing & leading the implementation In-house teams

Follow up the snags clearance rectification with the Subcontractors to handover the Site to O&M department.

Reject wrong deliveries of material to site.

Supervise and manage the activities of subcontractors in the site construction works

Liaison with designers to ensure design are efficient and safe to build

To hold the responsibility of making ensuring all standard checks for designs for site audit, BTS sites, Upgrade sites have passed and are in line with necessary specification and standards

Approval of detailed construction methodologies produced by the subcontractors teams

Approval of inspection and test plans produced by the subcontractors teams

Review submissions for quality and sufficiency

Survey loads of all types of towers to study their safety index
