• Providing Quotations for customer inquiries and put suitable price based on required quantity, competitor price and stock availability.
• Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, goods deliveries and deliver invoices personally.
• Collect the payment from the customers and remind them by sending financial statement of account by Email on monthly or weekly basis
• Follow, help, push and press on the financially faltering clients to get the payment and transfer the client to Legal Affairs division if it is necessary.
• Generate new sales by getting new Customers and offering new products for current customers and providing Samples
• Collect detailed and Massive data about each product of the company to answer all potential customer questions.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results, identifying customer needs and give Feedback to the management about Customer opinions and complains.
