· Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, such as supplier reliability, market volatility, or geopolitical factors. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.

· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and the implementation of best practices within the procurement function.

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics, cost savings, supplier performance, and other relevant information.
