I have accrued more than ten years of hands-on experience in supervising, constructing, and engineering across various domains such as Oil & Gas, my expertise includes onshore operations, erecting and installing steel structures, managing piping systems, overseeing pre-commissioning activities, and support maintenance scope and TAR (Turnaround) activities. I've successfully executed projects in both Brownfield (existing) and Greenfield (new).
A. Acting as PA (Performing Authority) for all mechanical & piping works within BP-WND plant.
•Responsible for supporting the client in the maintenance scope during the shutdown period.
•Generating engineering and construction work packs along with the required scheduling and planning required for executed during Plant Turnaround (TAR).
•Responsible for the safe execution of work and for accepting permits from either an AA (Area Authority) or IA (Isolation Authority).
•Performs the task or supervises the work party performing the task.
•Visits the worksite with the AA or IA to identify and record the hazards and controls.
•Responsible for more than one task at a time if the AA verifies that the tasks can be safely managed simultaneously by conducting the Hazard identification and task risk assessment (HITRA) is the BP method for systematically examining an individual task.
•Ensure that applicable project specifications and standard codes were correctly executed during piping fabrication and erection.
•Supervise fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports as per the latest issued construction drawing.
•Conduct site surveys with the sub-contractors engineering group to propose new routes and locations for expansion facilities where interference occurred.
•Supervise the construction sub-contractor team to ensure compliance with the applicable specification and standards.
•Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction sub-contractor and monitor compliance with the established schedule.
•Evaluate the construction sub-contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary.
•Monitoring the progress with schedules and updating to lead construction engineer.
•Discussing all constructability issues and ensuring all issues are resolved, revised, and documented via EWPs.
•Follow up the Quality Specifications based on the project specification.

•Assists the Lead in the preparation and implementation of the 3-week look-ahead and four-week rolling schedule and budget control with support from Field Engineering and Project Controls.
•Provide input to Field Engineering for quantity tracking application and report weekly installed quantities.
•Prepare material requisitions for tools and consumables and coordinate through Procurement to obtain these materials.
•Ensure that construction contractors working within its discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures, and Site Instructions.
•Review method statements from different sub-contractors and match them with project specifications.
•Following up on the fabrication and erection of piping supports in both workshop and site.
•Making as-built drawings for all piping systems as per modifications applied on site.
•Generates Punch lists for different test packages and coordinates with subcontractors to close punch points.
•Review test packages from subcontractors and work with the client for approval.
•Conduct daily and weekly meetings with subcontractors and other disciplines to eliminate any conflicted troubles or clashes at the site.
•Coordinating between different sub-contractors (Petrojet, Sapeco, Sacnafta, Brauns, Isotermica, ……etc.) to achieve maximum progress.
•Work closely with the Bechtel ES&H department to assist with chosen tasks, help develop safety messages and information, and cultivate a Zero Accident Philosophy among fellow craftsmen.
•Monitor, on a full-time basis, the safety of all discipline craftsmen in the field.
•Identify and control hazards in the work environment and implement corrective actions. Follow up thoroughly to verify corrective actions are implemented and effective.
•Responsible for all area planning and coordination within the work area.
•Current piping work scope responsible for the supervision of craft for the installation of both large and small-bore spools, coordination of all welding requirements for the QC and reporting processes, including all supports and valves, punch listing and commissioning requirements of approximately 14klms of piping.
•This includes the safe constructability and coordination processes, for the civil, structural & piping disciplines.
•Able to resolve construction issues raised through sound communications with the project engineering department.
•Proficient with the following technical systems for the project requirements being, the reading and allocate Isometric drawings, ensuring the QA process is followed to provide a quality product built to design, the use of Pipe fighter for quantity claims, Smart Plant for model review, and requirements and the use of P&ID’S for process reviews and requirements.
•Reporting, Daily progress reporting on progress achieve and weekly plan, 3 weeks look ahead planning and quantity claim for progress reporting.
•Responsible for piping installations, commissioning of all fixed plant and rotational equipment
•Responsible for technical and management aspects of projects.
•Preparing (Weekly/Monthly) reports for the project progress and submitting them to the consultant/client for approval.
•Reporting to managers the status of project progress against the planned schedule and providing corrective actions in case of need.
•Monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery throughout the project’s lifetime.
•Issuing reports for project needs (manpower, material procurement, etc.) in accordance with the settled project schedule.
•Making projects As-Built drawings.
•Contacts the approved suppliers for equipment/material queries & project-related submittals & drawings.
