- Responsible of all site requirements and management.

- Plan/Design work flow for technicians and follow up the whole project installations.

- Update all buildings “As built drawings” for all university systems (Access control, CCTV, Public Address, Hotel Door Lock and Turnstile).

- Finish all needed (Papers, Drawings and Documents) with the Consultant company and Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces.

- Report all needed project status to Top Management.

- Finish systems configuration and delivery.

• Vodafone:

- Work with Vodafone Team to deliver (E1) carrier from Telecom Egypt local centrals to Vodafone sites using our DSLAMs & Modems.

- Configuring devices and testing data transfer between central and site.

• Metro Stations CCTV system project (As an Operation Manager):

- Supervise building the full system Active/Passive network according to my previous design.

- Hierarchical network design avoiding single point of failure.

- Configuring all system Active components with my team including (Switches, Servers, Cameras and installed VMS).

• Mansour Group CCTV security system project (As a Project Manager):

- Conducts a survey, make a Technical Proposal and build the required BoQ.

- Responsible for all network design including (all fiber connection between switches and UTP connections between cameras and switches) according to the standard.

- Full active components configuration and testing.

- Manage all site civil work and infrastructure.

- Connect the whole site electrical devices with a UPS to provide a stable power source and backup time to cover system.

• Responsible also of other CCTV projects with the same above steps at “Mansour Group” like:

- (Smart Village Club – Thyssenkrupp Company – Madinty Sporting Club – Salhya Factory).

• Fort Arabesque Hotel:

- Delivering Internet service for a 250 guest room.

- Connecting our installed DSLAMs with the 250 CPE using existing passive connection between server room and guest rooms

- Installing and configuring a Gateway Server that can customize a web portal for the end users and administrate all their internet usage.

• Military (“54 Factory” & “270 Factory” & “10 Factory” & “9 Factory”) LAN Installation:

- Build the whole network design for all the above mentioned factories.

- Manage and solve all faced problems in the sites professionally.

- Advising in all civil work to provide perfect connection solution between all switches according to the chosen design.

- Configure all VLANs as required and connecting the Distribution switch to the existing Core one using Ethernet Port Channel protocol “LACP”.

• Ministry of International Co-operation LAN Installation:

- Installing all switches in the racks and connecting it with the existing network.

- Below configuration have been applied:

a) Create VLANs with and configure inter-VLAN routing between them.

b) Assign a VLAN management for each switch.

c) Configure SNMPv2 for network monitoring.

d) Configure STP and PVST+.

e) Enabling telnet/SSH2 sessions.

f) Authentication with the existing “Radius Server”.

g) Uploading all switches configuration on a “tftp Server”.

h) Assign a “DHCP Server” address for users VLAN.

i) Create Voice VLAN on all switches and enabling LLDP to work the new voice system.

• Egyptian Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company:

- Leads a team of technicians to replace the old company existing LAN with a new one including:

a) Cables connection between all switches considering hierarchical layer design (Core, Distribution and Access).

b) Full redundancy design avoiding any loops using STP and assigning priority 0 for the core switch to act as (Root Bridge).

Excellent experience in designing all infrastructure connection and civil work.

• Public Transportation Smart Bus “Mwasalat Misr” (As a Project Manager) :

- A cooperation between Misrtech and Mwasalat Misr to implement a new Smart System Solution for Public Transportation Buses that will apply new smart services like (Paying using Smart Cards, Wi-Fi service, CCTV system inside the bus, GPS system for dispatching/monitoring and TFT & LED panels for PIS “Passenger Information System”). All controlled by an “On Board Unit (OBU)”.

- As a “Project Manager” the following are my responsibilities in this Project:

a) Leads a team of Engineers and Technicians that are responsible of installing all devices inside all Buses (OBUs, Validators, Switches, Wi-Fi Routers, GPS modules, MDVR, Cameras, Inside Displays and LED Displays).

b) Responsible of the integration and configuration of all the above devices at every bus.

c) Administrate/Configure Datacenter Servers that are connected with all OBUs in the buses using “APN” to monitor and control the whole system.

d) Responsible of daily reporting for all system operation status and troubleshoot system problems.

- Proficient use of VMS.

- Fiber connection design and termination between switches using the standard techniques.
