Ultra-luxury island development | PIF Giga Project

• Acted as Client Representative for the structural scope, leading the definition of design strategy and delivery requirements in line with project vision and the Employer’s Requirements
• Directed and governed consultant and contractor performance under a Design & Build model, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Established structural design criteria incorporating off-site manufacturing (OSM) and marine construction constraints to support innovative project delivery
• Led resolution of critical design and construction challenges, ensuring risk mitigation and continuity of site progress
• Oversaw multidisciplinary coordination to ensure fully integrated, compliant, and buildable design outputs
• Managed commercial interfaces, including review of variations, payment certifications, and contractor claims

Multi-Asset Hospitality Development | Design & Tender Phase

• Led client-side structural input across multiple assets, defining design strategy and ensuring alignment with masterplan and development vision
• Governed consultant performance from concept through IFC, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination across disciplines

• YAS ARENA, Miral, Abu Dhabi-UAE, 2017.
• Key responsibilities included: Developing a quality design from concept through construction for 18000 multi-purpose indoor Arena. There is also an attached Energy center, Entertainment boxes, and retail units within the same development plot. The Arena roof spans 110m, supported by steel trusses. In addition, I was responsible for the site supervision during the construction stage as Lead Structural Engineer with a full-time role on site.
• Emaar A4/B4 towers Dubai, Emaar, Dubai-UAE, 2016.
• Key responsibilities included: Developing a quality design from concept to IFC documents for 2 high-rise buildings next to Burj Khalifa. The building's heights are about 370m and 335m above the ground level.
