- Responsible for continuous monitoring of bank account activities
- Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments
- Verify that invoices have been paid
- Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Prepare form 4
- Have knowledge of Export Letter of Credit before open LC review conditions to avoid and discrepancies
- Communicating with banks to follow up the payment operation and our receivable
- Data storage and archiving
- Check and verify cash transactions; and investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
- Assisting external auditors if needed and there might be other duties related to accounting depending on your skills, experience, and desire.
