Job Description

  • Keep all the financial records of the income and outcome of the company.
  • Marketing the properties for the targeted clients using all kinds of marketing channels
  • Managing the landlord accounts and following up with them to ensure solving any issues, to deliver the information and quality of the properties to its highest levels.
  • Following up with the tenants from reserving a unit till the check in time and to check all the properties before the check in to ensure that all units have zero problems.
  • Track the banking transactions (deposits and withdraws) with the bank to make sure all transactions have been done on the promised dates.
  • Co-ordinates the relationship between the team work and the top management of the company.
  • Follow up with the tenants to solve any problems occur during their stay
