Hospital Sales Manager
- Workflow, Manage and guide the activities of Health Reps to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency and ensure their selling efforts are focusing on predetermined list of prioritized objectives
- Forecast Sales performance and track progress towards target
- Plan, organize and monitor activities of Health Reps in a timely manner to achieve required objectives through group meetings, review call reports and call plans and ensure their best time
- Assign sales territory to Health Reps and analyzes sales statistics to ensure the proper deployment of his sales team
- Study, analyze markets and watch closely the competition, report findings to his boss and other departments concerned
- Collecting Health Reps feedback and communicate with Marketing, Medical & Training departments to prepare the appropriate answers for their inquiries
- Assist in communicating the marketing plan to the field sales force and assure its implementation by means of personal contact in the field
- Perform additional assigned duties and responsibilities as relevant: POA, review and implement marketing strategies, budgeting, budget review
- Onboarded new employees with training and new hire documentation.
- Resolved staff member conflicts, actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
- Maintained professional, organized, and safe environment for employees and patrons.
