• Lead & Manage interior design projects from concept through completion, insuring all aspects of the design are excuted to the highest standards
• Develop & Implement creative and functional design solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with project objectives
• Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback and insuring client satisfaction
• Oversee design quality & consistency, ensuring all work meet GG&Grace International’s standards and client requirements
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional development and growth

• Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
• Participate with the creative process with the Creative team
• Convert The conceptual ideas into 3D scenes
• Create a library of creative images
• Completion of a full set of drawings as listed in the designer manual
• Assist and prepare with the design team the needed samples for both the concept and schematic design phases
• Coordinate with FF&E team
• Coordinate with Landscape team
• Being fully aware of all suppliers and products and presenting them to the team
• Coordinate with consultants and having the necessary understanding to their scope of work : (Mechanical , Electrical, Plumbing, Automation, Structure& Lighting)
• Prepare and review in assistant with team members the project's necessary documents: ( List of Drawings, Vendors List, Finishing BOQ, Lighting BOQ & Sanitary Ware BOQ)
• Scheduling site visits and site progress as coordinated with the contractor
• Attending site visits and coordination meetings with the client , contractor , consultants and operator as needed
• Prepare the snagging report with photos and comments to the site status according to each completed construction phase
• Responding to contractor's inquiries
• First review to the contractor's invoices with reference to the design package and site progress in coordination with team leader
• Submit to team leader for revision
• Leading a team of designers and managing their daily tasks in regards to the project assigned
• Reviewing team technical drawings and tasks in relevant to the assigned project before submission
