Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) provided by the BIM Unit at project initiation.
  Establish modeling workflows, and align team efforts with project goals and BIM standards.
• Architectural Modeling and Documentation:
• Lead architectural model development in Revit across all design stages.
  Generate accurate shop drawings when acting as a subcontractor, ensuring they are fully coordinated and constructible.
• Coordination & Clash Detection:
• Use Navisworks to conduct clash detection and coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines.
  Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes, and ensure model integration.
• IFC Export & Data Exchange:
• Prepare and export IFC models for consultants or external teams, ensuring compliance with project-specific LOD, classification systems, and data requirements.
• Model Validation & Quality Control:
• Perform regular model validation checks to ensure geometry accuracy, data completeness, and adherence to BEP requirements.
  Identify and resolve issues early through model audits and coordination reviews.
• Variation and RFI Management:
• Prepare and document variation reports based on design or scope changes observed during modeling or coordination.
  Generate and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design issues, or resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Team Collaboration and Supervision:
• Distribute modeling tasks, and oversee the work of junior architects and BIM modelers.
  Review and validate all model outputs and drawing packages for accuracy and consistency before submission.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oceanarium – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Responsible for the full architectural shop drawing package and collaborated closely with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to develop the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Led Revit modeling to LOD 400, ensuring coordination with all trades for construction-ready deliverables.
• Shura Island – Grand Hyatt Hotel (Project 6), Red Sea Development: Worked on the interior design (ID) shop drawing package for five buildings within the project. Delivered high-detail modeling (LOD 400), and coordinated with other disciplines to support subcontractor execution.
• Locanda Hotel – North Coast, Egypt: Managed architectural shop drawing scope and modeling to LOD 400. Produced detailed, coordinated documentation for construction teams.
• 200-Bed Hospital Project – Egypt: Developed the IFC model package for consultant submission. Focused on accurate, compliant model output aligned with healthcare BIM standards (LOD 300).
• El Shohadaa Hospital – Egypt handled architectural modeling and shop drawing production. Delivered Revit models at LOD 300, and prepared coordinated documentation for execution.
• Asala Residential Compound – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Delivered architectural Revit models and IFC package drawings, ensuring coordination and compliance with project requirements for consultant review.
