· Preparation of bills of quantities.

· Preparing monthly Interim/ payment applications and Valuation for Clients.

· Reviewing and certifying the payment applications of the sub-contractors and the suppliers.

· Review costings in conjunction with budgets.

· Preparation of all kinds of variations / Change Order, for consultant / Client review and approval.

· Preparation of Cost Claims for the onwards submission to the Consultant/Client

·Compatibility with architectural and construction drawings

• Assist to Estimator/Commercial Manager to make Budget preparation on order confirmation
• Assist to Commercial Manager in the preparation of final accounts of the project
• Collecting the quotations as per the specifications and BOQ
• Preparing and reviewing contracts with contractors and studying the terms and needs of the contract
• Work with Project Management Team to ensure that the Contract's Conditions and the Client's requirements are delivered.

• Preparing for material requisition according to the site requirement
• Preparing of Take-off sheets (Calculating construction, civil, infrastructure quantities.)
• Measurement of the works
• Preparation for Rate analysis
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Analysis of Quotations submitted by the subcontractor
• Procure material for construction
• Preparation for the Interim payment certificate for SubContractor
• Preparation for variation order to the sub-contractor
• Preparation for Payment application Preparation for Variation claims.

• Preparing variation orders (Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork)
• Creating and drafting contracts for contractors
• Creating AS Built Drawing.

• Calculating of construction and Architecture quantities
• Preparing the work of contractors' invoices and reference
• Providing the company's invoices, presenting it to the consultant and approving it.

· Responsible for supervise on all civil works in the project.

· Follow all concreting work.
