International freight procedures training for professional (IFTP-Export Module) Sea-Freight Training 1- Searching for the best possible logistics solution through all shipping lines for each shipment' circumstances P.O.D, preferred P.O.L and the production availability. 2- Sending RFQ to suggested shipping lines by emails or Online instantly and Spot Rates according to the shipping line system. 3- Prepare and send the quotations for each client. 4- Prepare the exporting major plan and negotiate its rationality with the clients according to expected cut-off time. 5- Arrange booking with the shipping line(s) for shipments “Online or by emails” according to the shipping line processes. 6- Coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargo. 7- Reviewing, collecting, and sending all customs clearance documents “Shipment documents, CI, PL Health certificate… etc.” to the customs clearance related person for any export shipment according to the nature of every shipment. 8- Send the trucking orders to the haulier after assuring stuffing date and time with related parties “stuffing responsible or the shipper… etc.” 9- Follow up with haulier the trucking process. 10- Assuring the actual loaded commodities to prepare and submit the Final S/D or SI. 11- Reviewing all documents before sending to shippers (Drafts, Original B/L, All clearance certificates & documents). 12- Follow up with the accounting department in shipping lines to get invoices online or by emails. 13- Prepare the payment plan for the accounting department. 14- Proceeding in the original B/L issuance or telex release according to customer request. 15- Arrange with the customs clearance related person to issue the COO according to the CI and MBL. 16- Archiving the full documents of each shipment. 17- Following up with the shippers directly to keep them updated with their shipment.
