• Draft and review all types of legal documents in Arabic, English and French languages (e.g. Supply Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, Tenders’ documents and conditions, risk assessments for Tenders, MoUs, POAs, Distribution Agreements, Loan Agreements, Commission Agreements.
• Attend, prepare and draft Board of Directors of the Company, its Ordinary General Assembly, and extraordinary General Assembly in Arabic, English and French.Conduct legal researchers about all the legal topics.
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.
• Translating legal documents in three languages (Arabic – English – French).
• Conduct share transfer transactions all over Africa.
• Attending meetings with suppliers, sub-contractors, governmental bodies and employers of the projects.
• Reviewing Tender documents and preparing related deviations lists and mitigation strategies via risk assessments in Power and Energy Projects.
• Attend, prepare and draft Board of Directors of the Company, its Ordinary General Assembly, and extraordinary General Assembly in Arabic, English and French.

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Preparing legal briefs and opinions on various areas of the Egyptian Law. Establishing companies under the Egyptian Law.

Preparing legal briefs and opinions on various areas of arbitration. Handling cases with the arbitration department.
