• - Day to day Administrative & accounting tasks including (Quantity surveys – Quality of material) before processing to consultative engineer
• Supervising on finishing projects related to (Electricity, Firefighting and HVAC)
• Receiving & rechecking the executive shop drawing from the sub-contractor after approving and supervising on the execution process
• Supervising on architectural finishing related to( carpentry – floors – walls – internal design – decoration) - Processing the quantity surveys and quality of materials before execution process
• Handling Clearance form with the sub - contractor engineer about the quality of work related to the execution process and providing solutions for any upcoming situation
• Checking and following up with the project implementation process and providing priorities on the finishing steps
• Supervising the implementation of Compound Life Park for real estate development (Consisting of 40 Building + Mall) at 10th Ramadan City & Compound Aquoya Mall in 5th Settlement
