My Role:

• Management and coordination of a Mosque construction project, leading communication between the owner (TAAMER), main contractor, consultants, and suppliers.
• Led the team to achieve seamless project execution, ensuring all deadlines and milestones were met.
• Handled project documentation, variation orders, RFIs, snagging, and final handover process.
• Oversaw day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
• Considered and managed the project schedule, tracked milestones, and handled critical path issues to maintain progress.
• Facilitated weekly site meetings with all stakeholders, documenting actions, resolving site issues, and pushing execution forward.
• Reviewed and approved shop drawings, materials submittals, and coordinated architectural and MEP works.
• Supervised finishing works and site detailing to ensure high-level craftsmanship and adherence to architectural requirements.

My Role:

• Reviewed and validated architectural drawings, ensuring design compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Review and certify the payment certificates for the general contractor activities on monthly basis.
• Advised clients and project teams on spatial planning, design intent, material selection, and functionality aligned with project goals.
• Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work , plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, cladding, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring, landscaping and curtain walls.
• Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities.
• Managed client relationships through regular check-ins and updates on project progress.
• Coordinated with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, ID, landscape) to resolve design conflicts and maintain design integrity.
• Oversaw design quality during site execution, providing guidance and approval for architectural finishes and detailing.
• Represented the client in design coordination meetings, aligning consultants and contractors with the architectural vision.
• Provided value engineering solutions without compromising aesthetics or user experience.

Projects:

- (5A) Outdoor Mall: Consisting of eight building in harmony with middle pathways on a 27,000 m2 land area serving commercial, administrative and retail areas.

- The Drive project: one unique project that was executed in only 6 month duration, the main concept behind this project is for users to have a different experience by moving in along all the existing shops, getting all what they need without getting out of their cars, the project was built up of fully finished-ready to move steel containers.

• Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with subcontractors.
• Preparing daily and weekly site target schedules for all types of activities.
• Review and certify the payment certificates for all subcontractors.
• Supervision and coordination of general foreman areas of responsibility and the allocation of work areas.
• Managed site inspections, material approvals, and compliance with quality standards.
• Conducted quantity take-offs, material tracking, and progress reporting to project management.
• Resolved on-site technical issues in real time, supporting continuity of works and minimizing disruptions.
• Reviewed and redlined shop drawings, coordinated changes with design and MEP teams.
• Monitored finishing works to ensure alignment with interior design intent and quality.
• Participated in snagging and handover process, ensuring punch list items were closed efficiently.

Projects:

Working on Different private building, villas and factories starting from design to turn key service as the company is providing a full service of design and construction process, starting from excavation till finishing phase and ending up all the paper work with government agencies, to be ready for handing over to the client.

My role

• Handling and working on all project phases starting from the excavation process till client handover.
• Co-ordination between different sectors to maintain governmental competent authority recommendations.
• Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with subcontractors.
• Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
• Review and certify the payment certificates for the subcontractors.
• Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the subcontractors.
• Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foreman areas of responsibilities and the allocation of work areas.
• Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements and as per approved drawings.
